We’re based in Stone Oak and serve surrounding neighborhoods. If you’re outside that area, we may still be able to help — out-of-area fees may apply.
We currently provide care for dogs and cats only.
Once your pet is set up in our system, you’ll receive an invite to join PetPocketBook — that’s where you’ll book services, communicate, and manage payments going forward.
Yes! Services are available seven days a week. Visits before 8:00 am, after 7:00 pm, or on weekends incur a small additional fee.

Yes! Most visits are done while pet parents are away. You’ll provide access info during your Meet & Greet, and we’ll make sure everything is secure before we leave.

Drop-ins are flexible visits tailored to your pet’s routine. We can handle potty breaks, playtime, feeding, medication, and litter scooping for cats — just let us know what’s needed!
Yes — Rin’s Den is fully insured to help protect both your pets and your home. All caregivers have passed a background check and are certified in pet CPR and first aid, so you can feel confident your pets are in safe, capable hands.
