We don’t believe in rushing through visits or juggling multiple households at once—your pets get our full attention, every time. Whether it’s a stroll around the block, a nature trail adventure, or some quality time at home, we prioritize their comfort, safety, and happiness.

🚗 How Rin’s Den Operates
Based in Stone Oak, San Antonio, Rin’s Den is a mobile pet care service offering dog walks, drop-in visits for dogs and cats, and weekend nature trail excursions to help keep pets happy, healthy, and cared for while you're away or at work.
Services are built on reliable, consistent care and strong relationships with both pets and their people. Every visit is handled with a personal touch, so your pets are always greeted by a familiar face.
Appointments are available by request and subject to availability. Walks and drop-ins are offered daily between 8:00 am–2:00 pm and 3:45 pm–7:00 pm, while trail excursions are available on weekends only.
Care is primarily available within a 7-mile radius of Stone Oak, though requests outside that area may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may include an out-of-area fee.
All scheduling, payments, and communication are managed through PetPocketbook, a secure and convenient client portal. If you're new here, start by filling out the New Client Form to request a free Meet & Greet—we’ll take it from there!

We focus on learning each pet’s personality, preferences, and routine to help them feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
Care is provided by a trained, CPR and pet first aid certified caregiver who prioritizes safety, trust, and consistency. Whether it’s a neighborhood walk, drop-in visit, or trail adventure, your pet’s well-being is always the top priority.
Rin’s Den is fully insured and uses PetPocketbook, a secure platform with map-pin check-ins, easy scheduling, and convenient billing. The goal is simple: to provide peace of mind with dependable care and clear communication.

A Lifelong Love for Animals, A Dream Turned Reality
I’ve always been an animal lover—one of those people who connects with animals effortlessly, as if we just understand each other. My entire life, I’ve never lived in a home without a four-legged companion by my side. They’ve always been family to me.
One of the most special souls I ever met was Rin. I rescued her when she was three years old after she had suffered terrible abuse. With time, love, and a whole lot of patience, Rin blossomed into the most loyal and loving companion. She, along with my three cats, were my world.
I was young when I first welcomed my cats into my life, and later, Rin joined the family. Over the years, I met and married my husband, and we were thrilled to learn we were expecting our first child. Just days after learning the happy news, tragedy struck. One of my cats had suffered a series of sudden, rapid, uncontrollable seizures and passed in 2016. The other three were there to witness our daughter’s early years and share in the joy of watching her grow. Sadly, two of my cats passed in 2022 one in the spring and the other that December, Rin followed in February of 2023 after 15 wonderful years together. Losing them was incredibly difficult, but their lives left me with something priceless—a deep understanding of how much love, trust, and care our pets deserve.
For years, I worked different jobs—some I enjoyed, most I didn’t. Nothing ever felt right, nothing ever felt fulfilling. But then, I rediscovered my passion when I started dog walking. It was like a light switched on! For the first time, I had my answer to the question: “What do you want to be when you grow up?”
That’s how Rin’s Den came to life—a place where pets receive the same care and attention I give my own, because to me, they’re family. While dog walking is a big part of what we do now, it’s only one piece of the puzzle. At Rin’s Den, we’re creating a safe, loving environment where pets can feel at home, with even bigger plans ahead.
This is just the beginning, and there’s so much more to come.
