Fresh Water: Pets are always provided fresh water after walks, keeping them hydrated and comfortable.
Visit Updates: After each dog walk or in-home visit, you’ll get a detailed report card with notes and photos through PetPocketBook.
Safety & Security: All walks are GPS-tracked, and all team members are insured, bonded, CPR & First Aid certified, and background-checked.

🕓 Arrival Windows
Each visit is scheduled within a 2-hour arrival window. Availability may vary depending on our route and daily schedule.
To ensure safe and reliable pet care, the following fees may apply in certain situations:
📆 Timing & Scheduling Fees
Off hours visits: +$5 for services before 8:00 am or after 8:00 pm
Weekend Visit: +$5 for visits on Saturdays and Sundays
Same-Day Bookings: +$5 for walks or pet sitting visits booked within 2 hours

$10 for services booked on:

Thanksgiving (11/26–11/27)
