To ensure the best care for your fur babies while keeping our scheduling flexible and efficient, a few additional fees may apply in certain situations:
📆 Timing & Scheduling
+$5 for services before 8:00 am or after 7:00 pm (walks & drop-ins only)
+$5 for weekend visits (walks & drop-ins only)
+$5 for same-day bookings (walks & drop-ins booked within 2 hours; hikes booked after 8:00 am)
⏱ Extended Time Add-Ons
+$5 to add 15 minutes to any walk (+$3 per additional dog)
+$10 to add 15 minutes to any hike (+$5 per additional dog)

+$10 for services booked on:
New Year’s Eve/Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day

🌍 Out of Service Area Fees
If your location is outside Stone Oak and surrounding neighborhoods, additional travel fees apply:
$5 for 8–10 miles
$8 for 11–13 miles
$12 for 14+ miles
🕓 Arrival Windows
Each visit is booked within a 2-hour arrival window. Availability may vary based on our current route and schedule, even within the service area. Add-ons and special requests are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
