Our mission is to bring peace of mind to pet parents by offering compassionate care whenever it’s needed. We’re dedicated to creating experiences where pets feel safe, happy, and well-attended to, so their families can relax, knowing their cherished pets are in caring hands.
🚗 How Rin’s Den Operates
Rin’s Den is a mobile pet care service offering dog walks and sittings for cats and dogs, helping keep pets happy, healthy, and cared for while you're away or at work.
Services are built on reliable, consistent care and strong relationships with both pets and their people. Every visit is given a personal touch, with care tailored to each pet’s needs and personality.
Appointments are available by request and subject to availability. Walks and sittings are offered daily between 8:00 am–7:00 pm.
Rin’s Den proudly serves homes in the following zip codes: 78258, 78259, 78260, 78261, and 78232.
Requests outside this area may be considered on a case-by-case basis.All scheduling, payments, and communication are managed through PetPocketbook, a secure and convenient client portal. At Rin's Den, we understand that dogs and cats are cherished members of the family. Each pet receives personalized, attentive care tailored to their individual needs—whether it’s a high-energy pup or a more reserved senior cat. We focus on learning each pet’s personality, preferences, and routine to help them feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
Care is provided by a trained team who are CPR & Pet First Aid certified, fully insured and bonded, and have passed comprehensive federal background checks. Safety, trust, and consistency are always the top priorities. Whether it’s a neighborhood walk or couch cuddles, your pet’s well-being is always the top priority.
Rin’s Den uses PetPocketBook, a secure platform with GPS-tracked check-ins, built-in messaging, easy scheduling, and convenient billing. Our goal is simple: to provide peace of mind through dependable care and clear communication, so you always know your pets are in good hands.

A Lifelong Love for Animals, A Dream Turned Reality
I’ve always been an animal lover—one of those people who connects with animals effortlessly, as if we just understand each other. My entire life, I’ve never lived in a home without a four-legged companion by my side. They’ve always been family to me.
One of the most special souls I ever met was Rin. I rescued her when she was three years old after she had suffered terrible abuse. With time, love, and a whole lot of patience, Rin blossomed into the most loyal and loving companion. She, along with my three cats, were my world.
I was young when I first welcomed my cats into my life, and later, Rin joined the family. Over the years, I met and married my husband, and we were thrilled to learn we were expecting our first child. Just days after learning the happy news, tragedy struck. One of my cats had suffered a series of sudden, rapid, uncontrollable seizures and passed in 2016. The other three were there to witness our daughter’s early years and share in the joy of watching her grow. Sadly, two of my cats passed in 2022 one in the spring and the other that December, Rin followed in February of 2023 after 15 wonderful years together. Losing them was incredibly difficult, but their lives left me with something priceless—a deep understanding of how much love, trust, and care our pets deserve.
For years, I worked different jobs—some I enjoyed, most I didn’t. Nothing ever felt right, nothing ever felt fulfilling. But then, I rediscovered my passion when I started dog walking. It was like a light switched on! For the first time, I had my answer to the question: “What do you want to be when you grow up?”
That’s how Rin’s Den came to life—a place where pets receive the same care and attention I give my own, because to me, they’re family. While dog walking and pet sitting is a big part of what we do now, it’s only one piece of the puzzle. At Rin’s Den, we’re creating a safe, loving environment where pets can feel at home, with even bigger plans ahead.
This is just the beginning, and there’s so much more to come.
